The spacious Beautiful Twin Room offered a great layout, ideal for stretching after long sightseeing days. The Nespresso machine with complimentary pods added a nice touch. Super nice team with dinner reservations and luggage transfers. Breakfast was a letdown. Being served in the room felt uncomfortable without a proper dining area. The air conditioning system was outdated. Even in almost 30-degree temperatures at night, we struggled to cool the room effectively. Despite these issues, the location was decent, only an 8-minute walk to the metro station, allowing access to Kyoto's main attractions without the tourist hustle. Cleaning services were reliable, we had fresh towels and toiletries every day. There's potential for an even better experience with a few upgrades.

We had a wonderful stay with best value for money.
Location: the hotel was near Nijo castle, old Imperial palace and attractions such as Nijo castle and a very cool. Had brand-new room with big bathroom and a large bed, as example, and protected with smoke detectors. We loved the venue and would return there.

Overall it was very well decorated, with a separate bathroom. The bed was comfy, used central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Comfortable and magnificent location to a cross-town subway line that can get you there if you do n't fancy the walk was a plus.
